卷板機(jī)的保養(yǎng)作業(yè)概況

一級(jí)技能保養(yǎng) 按照"日常保護(hù)"項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行，并增加下列作業(yè)。

1查看電氣體系各線路及零附件作業(yè)是否無(wú)缺。

2查看液壓體系油箱內(nèi)的油位是否正常，及時(shí)彌補(bǔ)缺乏部分。

3油壓體系的動(dòng)作查看，在最高作業(yè)下操作查看機(jī)器功能狀況。

4查看卷板機(jī)本體下輥軸承空隙及機(jī)架滑動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌空隙。

5查看開(kāi)式齒輪嚙合狀況。

1 check the electrical system each line and zero accessories operation is not missing.

2 check whether the oil level in the hydraulic system tank is normal, and make up for the lack of parts.

3 the operation of oil pressure system check, operate under the highest operation to see the machine function.

4 to inspect the gap between the lower roll bearing housing and the sliding rail gap of the frame.

5 look at open gear engagement.

二級(jí)技能保養(yǎng)液壓體系大保養(yǎng)：

1液壓油每一至兩年換油一次。

2換油時(shí)放空原油箱中的液壓油，查看油箱底部有無(wú)雜質(zhì)，并清洗油箱。

3過(guò)濾器 每次換油時(shí)，過(guò)濾器應(yīng)替換或完全清洗。

4各液壓控制元件（閥門(mén)）視狀況進(jìn)行清洗。

1 hydraulic oil change oil every two years.

2 when changing oil, vent the hydraulic oil in the original tank, check whether there is impurity at the bottom of the tank, and clean the tank.

3 filter should be replaced or cleaned completely when changing oil every time.

4 each hydraulic control element (valve) is cleaned according to the condition.
